Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shelbyville Mainstreet in any way you are agreeing to comply with these terms, which we may update without notice and encourage you to check back here at any time. To use the Shelbyville Mainstreet, you must be legally competent to enter a binding agreement.

Submission Guidelines

Please submit your site to the single most relevant category. Sites submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories may be rejected. If you can't find relevant category please use Suggest Category form to suggest new category.

Minimum Requirements

To provide our visitors with quality resources every included site must meet minimum requirements:

* Site must be in English or have English version

* Site must be completed and live

* Site can not have broken links or missing images

* Must consist of Shelbyville TN businesses, non-profits or Tennessee Walking Horses.

Titles and descriptions

1. 1) Your title should be 3-4 keyword rich words.
2. 2) Capitalize the first letter of every word in the title.
3. 3) Do not use ALL CAPS in title or descriptions.
4. 4) Description and titles should not to use words such as "best", "greatest" etc.
5. 5) We reserve the right to edit your submission's title, description.

Restrictions

Following sites will not be included in our directory no matter what:

• Mirror sites
• URL's that redirect to other sites
• Sites consisting largely of affiliate links and ads
• Pharmacy or drug related sites
• Adult sites
• Illegal download sites
• Sites promoting terror or violence
• Sites with unforced pop-ups, pop-unders or browser resizing.

If you submit a site from one of the categories listed above your listing will be rejected and your account will be banned!

All sites will be periodically reviewed and may be removed from our directory if they no longer meet submission guidelines!

Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final. If site is approved no refund will be issued.

If you are not sure that your site is eligible for the inclusion please Contact Us before submitting your site! If your listing was declined you will get a partial refund minus non-refundable review fee of $ 10.00.

Privacy Policy

Any personally identifiable information about you (that is your name, e-mail or physical address) that we receive is information you choose to provide if you submit a site for inclusion on our site. We use such information only in connection with your submission, and do not use it for marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies.

Third-Party Services

We provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources  (IE: Yahoo, Google). We do not control these sites and resources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for any aspects of those sites, including their availability, content, accuracy, legality or delivery of services. You waive any claim resulting from your exposure to material on or through our directory that is offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable.
