For all my daughter’s life in 4-H, she has wanted to win first place at the State 4-H show in Shelbyville, TN.    In 2009 her dream came true. She placed first out of 36 competitors at the State Show in Senior Halter.

The history of how she achieved that first begins with our friend and farrier Garry Edgin.   In February 2009, he told us where there was a really nice halter horse that sold for $56,000 at Congress in 2004.   He had accumulated a few hundred points and had placed well at the World and Congress.    So Garry and I went to Jerry and Sherry Wright’s of Judsonia, AR and bought the horse, RT E Belong To Me.

We want to thank Garry Edgin for finding us this nice horse and to Jerry and Sherry Wright for selling us this great horse. My daughter thanks Garry for going to the shows and helping her with RT.   And for the professional farrier work he does!
