			<description><![CDATA[For all my daughter&rsquo;s life in  4-H, she has wanted to win first place at the State 4-H show in  Shelbyville, TN.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In 2009 her dream came true. She placed first out of 36  competitors at the State Show in Senior Halter.<br />

The history of  how she achieved that first begins with our friend and farrier Garry  Edgin. &nbsp; In February 2009, he told us where there was a really nice halter  horse that sold for $56,000 at Congress in 2004.&nbsp;&nbsp; He had accumulated a  few hundred points and had placed well at the World and Congress.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; So  Garry and I went  ...]]></description>
