Shelbyville woman arrested for alleged Coffee County robbery and assault
A Shelbyville woman is being held in the Coffee County Jail under $100,000 bond on robbery charges. Lacy Nicole Ledbetter, 25, of Midland Road, Shelbyville, was arrested at her home last Thursday for the alleged robbery of Henderson Winton of South Jefferson Street, Tullahoma. According to a report by Investigator Jason Kennedy, Ledbetter hit Winton in the head and robbed him of an undisclosed amount of money. When Officer Rana Pawlowski arrived at the South Jefferson Street residence Winton informed her that he had been "hit on the head and robbed." He said he did not know the woman. The police report states that there was a pool of blood on the floor as well as on his glasses and shoes. Pawlowski’s report states there also was a broken candlestick in the floor with blood on it. Ledbetter is scheduled to appear in Coffee County General Sessions Court Feb. 18.
