David Stemper has announced his candidacy for Bedford County Circuit Court Clerk in the May 4 Democratic primary.
 
Stemper, a 13-year resident of Bedford County, is a 1988 Maryland graduate of Boonsboro High School and a winner of the 1987 Science Olympiad.  After graduation, he worked for the Food and Drug Administration until 1993.   In 1997, he passed through Shelbyville, TN and felt a kindred connection with the town and its residents.

A Shelbyville woman is being held in the Coffee County Jail under $100,000 bond on robbery charges.
Lacy Nicole Ledbetter, 25, of Midland Road, Shelbyville, was arrested at her home last Thursday for the alleged robbery of Henderson Winton of South Jefferson Street, Tullahoma.
According to a report by Investigator Jason Kennedy, Ledbetter hit Winton in the head and robbed him of an undisclosed amount of money.

I am getting quite a few emails asking why people use Twitter and why it is important?  Most of the people that I converse with via email or in Private messages are small business owners, bloggers or new internet marketers looking to get a slight edge and save a little money before they invest in large websites, or other internet ventures.   They pay me fair wages to get the most bang for their buck.   So this question comes up, should I use twitter and why?  What is so great about this?
